Candidates who have passed the undergraduate in 2024 examination and have not received their migration certificate can fill up their application form without migration certificate. However the migration certificate uploading mandatory for the candidates who have passed in 2023 and before. (जिन उम्मीदवारों ने 2024 की परीक्षा में स्नातक पास किया है और उन्हें अपना माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट नहीं मिला हैए वे बिना माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट के भी अपना आवेदन फॉर्म भर सकते हैं। हालांकि 2023 और उससे पहले के वर्षो में उत्तीर्ण उम्मीदवारों के लिए माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है। )
