Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2026-27 Online Form Notice: The Bihar Education Project Council, West Champaran (Bettiah), has issued an official notification regarding the low submission rate of applications for the Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) Academic Session 2026-27.

During the review meeting held on September 08, 2026, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC), West Champaran, the following critical points were highlighted:
- Low Application Rate Identified: It was observed that in several educational institutions, the number of registered scholarship applications on the portal was extremely low (ranging only between 0 and 10) compared to total student admissions.
- Show-Cause Explanation Required: Headmasters and Principals of schools/colleges with low application rates have been instructed to submit a written explanation within 2 days.
- Strict Instructions to Expedite Enrollment: All institutional heads must ensure that all enrolled SC, ST, BC, and EBC students fill out their online forms on the PMS portal before the cutoff date of September 15, 2026.
