Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna recently updated a Notice to take Admission in Ph.D Courses at Date- 25 October 2021. (From 11:30 AM -04:30 PM). All the students who qualified their PAT-2021 Examination can take Admission in Ph.D Program at Date- 25.10.2021. (From 11:30 AM -04:30 PM).

Process How to Take Admission in CNLU- Ph.D and LL.D Courses-

All Candidates (Ph.D. & LL.D.) must bring the following:

1. All Candidates must come in person for admission with all original academic qualification
   documents with Migration certificate.
2. Ph.D. Candidates have to bring Demand Draft for Rs. Rs. 63000/- (Rs. Sixty-three thousand)
   in favour of Registrar, Chanakya National Law University, Payable at Patna. This includesAdmission fee, Facilitation fee, Library fee, Library deposit fee and Course Work fee etc for
   the session-2021-22.
3. The Candidates who are employed must bring NOC from their respective employer ‘that
   leave has been granted for Ph.D. (Minimum six months to one year).Failing which The
   Candidates shall not be allowed Admission. Such Candidate shall forfeit their opportunity.
   No further request shall be entertained in this regards.
4. All the Candidates (Ph.D. & LL.D.) must bring Affidavit from First Class Executive magistrate
   declaring their name address (temporary & permanent), Educational Qualification,
   specifically mentioning that “He/She is not pursuing Ph.D. or any Diploma, UG/PG Programs,
   He/She has not been debarred/expelled from any exams , any disciplinary proceedings have
   been initiated against and the decisions of such proceedings is undergoing or pending , that
   He/She shall maintain discipline in the university and abide by UGC and CNLU rules and
   regulations for academics and research.

• Reference Letter from the Professor where last studied.
• Character Certificate from the
  institution last attended.
• Two recent Passport size Photographs of the candidate.

1. Pl. Note that Ph.D. is a full time program. After Chhath Puja Vacation, the Course Work
   classes will be started (off-line only). No request shall be entertained in this regard. Any
   negligence in this regards may result in cancellation of admission.
2. The Admission fee for LL.D. candidates shall be Rs.75000/- (Rs. Seventy-five Thousand).The payment shall be made through DD in four of Registrar CNLU Patna, payable at Patna.
