JPU UG Vocational Admission Process Step-by-Step

Students whose names appear in the 2nd merit list must follow these four steps to complete their admission:

• Step 1: Seat Allocation Acceptance (Student Login)
  1. Visit the Samarth Admission Portal (jpvadm.samarth.edu.in) and log in using your Registered User ID & Password.
  2. Check your allotted college in the Seat Allocation section.
  3. If satisfied, click on “Accept Allocation”.
  4. Download and print the generated Allotment/Admission Offer Letter.
• Step 2: Physical Document Verification (College Level)
  • Report to the allotted college with original certificates and self-attested photocopies.
  • College authorities will verify your physical documents against uploaded records and validate the allotment status.
• Step 3: Admission Approval & Fee Lock (College Admin Login)
  • Upon successful document verification, the college administration will click “Accept Admission” and lock the applicable course fee on the portal.
  • This enables the Fee Payment Option on the student’s Samarth portal dashboard.
• Step 4: Online Fee Payment (Student Login)
  1. Log in again to the Samarth Portal.
  2. Pay the prescribed course fee through the online payment gateway.
  3. Download the automatically generated Acknowledgement Letter / Payment Receipt.
  4. Your admission status will now show as “Admission Locked” (Admission Completed).
