How to Apply NOU-Annual Exam Form-2021-

• नीचे दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
• पूरा फॉर्म भरें
• सभी चिह्नित फ़ील्ड अनिवार्य हैं।
• छवि प्रारूप (.jpg, .jpeg,.png) में 100KB तक आकार के आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करें।
• वार्षिक परीक्षा 2020 की मार्कशीट के अनुसार पेपर चुनें जिसमें आप फेल हुए हैं। इंटरमीडिएट, पीजी डिप्लोमा और सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स के लिए छात्र को सभी पेपरों में उपस्थित होना होगा।
• सेल्फ डिक्लेरेशन बॉक्स पर टिक करें और फिर सबमिट बटन दबाएं
• सफलतापूर्वक सबमिशन पर आपको भुगतान पृष्ठ पर ले जाया जाएगा। इस एप्लिकेशन पोर्टल के माध्यम से किए गए ऑनलाइन भुगतान को ही स्वीकार किया जाएगा। (ऑनलाइन आवेदन के लिए एसबीआई कलेक्ट के माध्यम से भुगतान स्वीकार नहीं किया जाता है।)
• भुगतान सफलतापूर्वक जमा करने पर, आपको अपने ईमेल आईडी में आवेदन संख्या और रसीद संख्या 8 के साथ एक ईमेल प्राप्त होगा। अपने आवेदन पर नज़र रखने या अपने ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र को प्रिंट करने के लिए आपको ऑनलाइन आवेदन पोर्टल में मोबाइल नंबर प्रदान करना होगा।
• आवेदन पत्र और रसीद का प्रिंट आउट लें और इसे भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए रखें। कृपया इसे विश्वविद्यालय को जमा या भेजें नहीं।

• All  marked fields are compulsory.
• Upload the required documents of size up to 100KB in image format (.jpg, .jpeg,.png).
• Select the papers as per the Annual Exam 2020 marksheet in which you have failed. For Intermediate, PG Diploma & Certificate courses student will have to appear in all the papers.
• Tick Self Declaration box and then press submit button
• On Successful submission you will be taken to Payment Page. Only online payment made through this application portal will be accepted. (Payment through SBI Collect is not accepted for online Application.)
• On successful submission of the payment, you will receive an email in your emailid with Application No and Receipt No. 8. For tracking of your Application or printing your online Application Form you will have to provide the Mobile No in Online Application Portal.
• Take the Print out of the Application Form & Receipt and keep it for future reference. Please do not submit or send it to the University.
