| Starting Date of Examination Form | 23rd August 2021. |
| Starting Date of Examination Form | 28th August 2021. |
With Late Fees-
| Starting Date of Examination Form | 1st September 2021 |
| Starting Date of Examination Form | 3rd September 2021. |
| UG Examination Date | 13th September 2021. |
PPU PG Exam Form Fees-
| For General/BC-II | Rs.900/- |
| For SC/ST/BC-I | Rs. 700/- |
How to Apply PPU- PG Examination Form-
- Candidate click on the link given below
- New Window of Examination Form is Opened
- Select Exam Type, Course
- Fill the Entrance/Roll/Student Reg.No., Father’s OR Mother’s Full Name and Captcha
- Finally, Click On Search, and then the Dashboard of the Examination Form fill up is Opened.
- Fil that Examination Form carefully and Submit Examination Fees
- After submitting these all Candidates must Download the Payment Receipt and Application Form by Filling Form number and DOB.
